Which products you can return, how to request a return, who pays for return shipping and when you'll get your money back.

Return period

You can withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, as long as the products are unopened. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the products back.

Which products can be returned?

You can return products that:

• are unopened, with the seal (cap and closure of the vial) intact
• are in their original, undamaged packaging
• have been stored as described on the product page

Excluded from returns

Our products are sensitive research chemicals whose quality depends on how they are stored after delivery. For quality and hygiene reasons we therefore can't accept (see also section 6 of our terms and conditions):

• opened vials and products with a broken seal
• reconstituted or (partly) used products
• opened packs of syringes, needles and alcohol pads
• products that haven't been stored as instructed

Damaged, defective or wrong product

Received a damaged, defective or wrong product? Let us know within 7 days of receipt at info@virexalabs.io, with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement free of charge or refund the purchase price, and we cover the return costs.

How to request a return

1. Email info@virexalabs.io with your order number, the products you want to return and – for a defect – a photo.
2. You'll receive a confirmation by email with the return instructions.
3. Pack the products carefully in their original packaging and write your order number on or in the parcel.
4. Send the parcel with tracking to our return address and keep your proof of shipment.

Return costs

When you withdraw from an order, you pay for the return shipping. For a damaged, defective or wrongly delivered product, we cover the return costs.

Refund

We refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving and checking your return, or of you showing that you've sent the products back, whichever is sooner. If you withdraw from your entire order, we also refund the original standard shipping costs.

Refunds go to the account you paid from.
