About CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin

What is the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend?

This research blend combines two well-characterised growth hormone secretagogues in a single vial: CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29), a GHRH analogue, and Ipamorelin, a selective ghrelin receptor agonist. Each vial contains 5 mg of each peptide as a lyophilised powder. Both components are also available separately – as CJC-1295 No DAC and as Ipamorelin – so the blend can be compared directly with each individual peptide.

The blend is intended for in-vitro laboratory research only and is not for human or veterinary use.

Why combine these two peptides?

The two components act on two different receptors on pituitary somatotroph cells. CJC-1295 No DAC binds the GHRH receptor (GHRH-R), which signals mainly through cAMP. Ipamorelin binds the ghrelin receptor GHS-R1a, which uses a separate signalling route. Because these pathways are independent, researchers study them together to investigate how simultaneous activation of both receptors affects GH release in model systems.

Both components have a relatively short half-life. That makes the combination a frequently used model for studying pulsatile, rather than continuous, stimulation of the GH axis.

Handling, reconstitution and storage

Store the lyophilised blend at −20 °C, dry and dark (2–8 °C short term). For reconstitution, bacteriostatic water is usually used: add it slowly along the vial wall and swirl gently, without shaking. Keep the solution at 2–8 °C, use within about 4 weeks and avoid freeze–thaw cycles.

Every batch is analysed by HPLC (≥99% purity) and mass spectrometry, so both components are confirmed; the COA is shown on this page. Want to buy CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin for research? Order directly here.

Frequently asked questions

What does the CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin blend contain?

Each vial contains 5 mg of CJC-1295 No DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) and 5 mg of Ipamorelin as a lyophilised powder.

What is the difference between CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin?

CJC-1295 is a GHRH analogue and acts on the GHRH receptor. Ipamorelin is a ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a) agonist. Because they use two different receptors, they are often studied together.

Is the CJC-1295 in this blend with or without DAC?

Without DAC. The blend contains Mod GRF 1-29, the short-acting variant without a Drug Affinity Complex.

How do I store and reconstitute the blend?

Lyophilised at −20 °C, dry and dark. Reconstitute with bacteriostatic water, swirl gently without shaking, store at 2–8 °C and use within about 4 weeks.

Is CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin suitable for human use?

No. This blend is intended exclusively for in-vitro laboratory research and is not for human or veterinary use.
